This Privacy Policy explains how Up Your Bids LLC, which operates Bidographer ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information. For the friendly, plain-English version of how we treat your bid, see our Security page. This policy is the formal one.
The short version: your documents stay private to your account. We never sell your data, and we never show your bid, your prices, or your plans to another vendor.
We use your information to provide and improve Bidographer: to build your proposals, run the diagnostic, maintain your account, process payments, send you service and account emails, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with the law. We use your uploaded content to help you with your own bids and profile.
We do not sell your personal information or your content, and we do not share your bid with other vendors. Your prices and your plans are sealed to your own account.
Bidographer uses third-party AI providers to read the documents you give us and generate drafts. We send them only what is needed to do that work, and it is used to serve you. Where such controls are available to us, we do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so you should always review it — see our Terms for details on your responsibility to review before you submit.
We share information only with service providers who help us run Bidographer, and only as needed to provide the service:
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply to your information).
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterward as required for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and content (see below).
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including keeping Bidographer's data separate from other products and tying each bid to your own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your documents private and safe.
You can access and update your profile in the app. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information or close your account by emailing support@bidographer.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we honor those rights as required.

Bidographer is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of Bidographer after a change means you accept the updated policy.
